Ex-members of the BBC Rugby Club, including Leigh Dyer and Gerry Morris of the BBC Cavaliers meet annually, on the nearest Monday to St Valentines Day, the traditional date of the annual tour to Guernsey. Usually around 20 people attend.

Gerry Morris has just returned from Australia and - like all of us - remains the same unspoilt chap so it is really 'business as usual' in all respects if you enjoy a drink in the best of company.

I am sure that you will remember many others who attend, including George Hayley (who now lives in Germany) and John King (who has featured in several email threads recently regarding Kendal Ave).

Peter Osborne (Ex-Kendal Avenue) is the organiser and keeper of all the contact details. I can let you have both his and Gerry's email address if you contact me.

Regards

Ron

David, this year's reunion is on the 15th February at the Kings Arms, Rentoul (?) St, Waterloo, starting at 1230.

The pub is five minutes walk from Waterloo station, has a good range of real ales and a Thai restaurant at the rear if you are hungry - or like Thai food. As you would expect, there are plenty of places to eat in that area if you just fancy a snack or something else.

Gerry Morris will be there - he has returned from Australia - and we have 18 attendees confirmed to date most of whom I think you will know.

See you there.
