I've just heard (from the "Test Card Circle") the sad news that John Ross Barnard from TVC Presentation has died:

After a short and unexpected illness in hospital, our dear and beloved  John Ross-Barnard passed away this morning at 11am. His daughter Fiona  has been in touch to report that initially he suffered a nose bleed,  then in hospital contracted sepsis, a kidney infection, a UTI and a  further suspected infection in his stomach.
