Arthur BINNIE, ex BBC News

Sad to report that my old friend Arthur Binnie, formerly of BBC Scotland News in Aberdeen, TV News in London and Penble Mill at One in Birmingham, died last night (Tues 2 Feb 2016) in an Aberdeen hospital.  He was 89 and had been in growing ill health for the last 18 months.
Details of Arthur's funeral have yet to be published but I shall post them on this site ASAP.  (Submitted by Keith Webster, ex BBC News in Aberdeen and Glasgow).
