According to this from the BBC Media Centre, the BBC buildings at Llandaff, Cardiff have been sold and a builder has been granted outline planning consent for 400 homes.

The BBC started making programmes in Llandaff, in 1966.

Ah memories of the Cardiff Switching Centre at Stacy Road and newsroom in Broadway (or was it the other way around - too long ago!)
