Janet Thomas has died after suffering from cancer for some time. After 23 years working at the BBC in London, as a Studio Manager in Music and latterly as a Producer on Radio 4’s Womans Hour, Janet officially parted company with Auntie in 1987, moved to Northamptonshire and worked in Management Training and as a Garden Designer until moving to Kington in Herefordshire in 2002 and opening The Kington Gallery - "A gallery for artists, by an artist".
