Television Technology History Project

Dear all,
I'm a researcher at Royal Holloway, University of London working on a project, called The Adapt Project, that is investigating the history of television production technologies in Britain from 1960 to the present. My personal research centres on the history of sound recording technologies and therefore I was hoping to speak to any members of this forum who may have worked as sound recordists, sound assistants, dubbing mixers etc. who might be interested in discussing their careers and experiences.
I would be fascinated to hear about any experiences/tales you may have so please don't hesitate to contact me either through here or on my personal email: timheath91@gmail.com
If you would like to know more about the project you can find lots of info on our website
www.adapttvhistory.org.uk/
Many Thanks,
Tim
