The BBC Executive, here, is considering the release of BBC Three's spectrum.

CBBC- A children's channel-  will extend its hours by two hours to 2100 every day, releasing the BBC Three frequencies (both SD and HD) from 2100 until 0700.

Some of the Terrestrial frequencies are within the 'PSB' Multiplex, however DSAT is not, and so are not restricted.

Section 4.1.6 is the specific place in the Executive's announcement:-
