BECTU's petition

As part of the "Going To Work- from the TUC." Trades Union BECTU has created a petition:-
"Love it, or lose it: Save The BBC"

Information maybe found here.

The site says:-
"Whatever you may think of Eastenders and W1A or whether you are for or against Top Gear, set all that aside and act now to defend ‘our cultural NHS’".

So far there are over 7,000 signatures.

This petition is one of many:-

"Backing The BBC"  by www.broadcastnow.co.uk

"Save The BBC"  which has over 83,000 signatures

Update.

The BECTU petition now has nearly 18,000 signatures. (More information here).

The 38 Degrees petition has over 317,000 signatures. (See our forum link here).
