BBC Radio Bristol presenter Trevor Fry has died.

Aged 68, Trevor had been with the station for 17 years.

Trevor started in Hospital Radio before joining the Bristol commercial station Radio West in 1982 when it started transmissions.


"Radio Today" has a tribute to him, including an on-air announcement from BBC Radio Bristol.



BBC News (Bristol) pays tribute to Trevor, which refers to his Radio Academy Award.

"The Bristol Post" has an article with some listener comments.
