The Department for Culture, Media and Sport has advertised the following vacancy:-

Vacancy Description
The Department for Culture, Media and Sport is seeking an outstanding individual to lead the BBC Trust and deliver a strong and independent BBC.

The notice may be found here.

Remuneration:
£110,000 per annum. Expenses are currently reimbursed for all members of the Trust in accordance with the provisions set out in the Trust’s Code of Practice.

Time Requirements:
The time commitment for Trust Chairman is 3- 4 days per week (or 12-16 days per month).
