TV Centre-
Sep 10th, 2013, 9:27pm

This video shows Stages V and VI being stripped-out, as well as other sad images.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FOJ-cPtJuzM&feature=player_embedded

For some reason, the source of this video has removed it from youtube.

It showed monitors, audio and video jackfields, sound desks and general cabling being removed form stages V and VI.

The music track may well have been the cause of its removal - 'Bond' music ISTR.

I've heard that the BBC objected to the pictures on the grounds that the contractors were destroying things that they weren't supposed to.

News of CCA being wound down, and an interesting comment:
"    The CCA function ... did what it was supposed to do right up until the last shift. Television Centre will re-open, but this particular function at the heart of the BBC won't return
