Question Time, the party
Apr 29th, 2012, 9:10am

This is taken from the Atticus column in Sunday Times, April 29, 2012:

What is the correct dress to wear for a David Dimbleby theme night? (Yes, I’m asking you at the front, you in the sober suit and rather loud tie.) Fans of Question Time have been holding regular parties in London to celebrate the long-running BBC programme. Guests at the monthly events are encouraged to dance to the theme tune — a set of moves known as Dimbledancing — and play the QT drinking game. Under the game’s strict rules, a drink must be taken whenever a panellist mentions (among other things) The Guardian and “meddling from Europe” or whenever Dimbleby says: “You there in the spectacles — yes, you.”

The next event will be at the Hackney Attic on May 24. Who says young people have lost interest in politics?
