I am sad that the secret cadre of "disgusted"from TVC or BH no longer feel confident airing their latest complaints on the canteen,1% pay rises, unavailability of staff car park spaces and lack of towels in wash rooms. Perhaps they've given up...or been put on a train to Manchester.
