Costume Designer Andrew MacKenzie 23/09/1931 to 11/04/2012


After prolonged illness Andrew died from kidney failure in Hospital in Chester.
Costume Designer John Peacock lived nearby and undertook the onerous task of caring for Andrew during his last few years.
An Obituary will appear in the STAGE and in PROSPERO at some future date. Any recollections of working with Andrew gratefully received (via Maggie PS please)
