If anyone wants copy, Mark Hines book is available at Bookwarehouse in and around London for £9.99 as compared with original price of £29.99.
There were 4 left at the branch by Waterloo station on Sunday afternoon.
The various branches have varied stock so you may need to call them to check availability.

Hi all
Sorry, I got the link wrong!
Even the one shown on their carrier bags goes to "Page under construction"
However branches are in Southampton Row, Notting Hill Gate, Strutton Ground, Waterloo Road (where I saw the copies), King Street Hammersmith - convenient for Riverside Studios, Lime Grove, TVT, Sulgrave,Woodstock, Ken House?, Camden High St and Great Russell Street
Good shopping!

Mike,
As one who doesn't get down to London (or anywhere to be honest!) with any great frequency, if you happen to be passing one of those branches and see they still have a copy, could I perhaps prevail upon you to purchase same, and I will reimburse you for its cost plus postage to me (here in UK)?
