I note that many of the BBC Buildings tours cost.  ( http://www.bbc.co.uk/showsandtours/tours/ )

Firstly, why?  After all licence Fee payers have already paid for the buildings, their upkeep and the staff.  

Secondly why is there no apparent concession - i.e. Free - for retired staff and their friends and families?

I shall also be asking the BBC!
