Hutton to be published January 28th
Jan 15th, 2004, 5:07pm

Lord Hutton's  report into the circumstances surrounding the death of government scientist Dr David Kelly will be published on Wednesday January 28.

It will be go to the printers on January 19th and copies will be delivered to the main parties involved, including the government, Dr Kelly's family and the BBC, 24 hours before publication.

But they will have to sign an undertaking not to reveal details of the report before it is put before Parliament.

The BBC has said it won't share the report with its own News staff before publication.

Lord Hutton will make a televised statement from the High Court,  coinciding with publication.

The report is rumoured to be more than 1,000 pages.  It will be published on the Hutton Inquiry Web site - which is certain to come under huge strain on the day.
