Is the BBC "pro-Euro"?

In the House of Lords yesterday (Monday March 11th) Lord Pearson of Rannoch, an old critic of the BBC, gave the results of a number of surveys of BBC coverage of the European question.  

He believes coverage is heavily weighted in favour of EU and Euro membership.  Lord Pearson wants more controls over the BBC.  You can read the full debate on Hansard here.
