Yvonne McBay wrote to say Jock has died.  He’d had an emergency stomach operation in Kingston hospital.  He came through the operation but died from complications after.  He was 80.
There will be a short service at Putney Vale Crematorium, West Chapel, on 22 July at 3:15. Family flowers only.
