Donald Kerr who worked for the BBC in Bristol and Plymouth, was Regional Television Manager in Newcastle, Manager of BBC Radio Merseyside and Head of Regional and Local programmes in the North West died last week. Donald was also seconded for a time to RTHK in Hong Kong.
