Daniel Mensah-Dapaa - BBC Design Department
Jul 12th, 2017, 10:28am

I wonder if anyone knows what happened to Daniel Mensah-Dapaa, who was part of the design department in the 1960s (certainly working as a design assistant in 1968)?

After he left the BBC, he returned to Ghana, where he became Head of Design at Ghana TV in the 1970s - but after that, it all goes quiet.

Does anyone know any more?

Have contacted somebody from the Set Design Department on your behalf...they are putting out feelers.

Derek Dodds says he has lost touch, suggests contacting the Pensions department who may still have contact. Good luck.

You are welcome. Fortunately there do remain still a few strands of the old network, it is always worth asking, sometimes the most unexpected links emerge. Maybe look into the "reunion" page, even go along to one? What special times they were, unlikely ever to come again in that form. Best wishes.
