The annual Christmas get together for news and current affairs staff, both radio, TV and Bush house, is on Tuesday 9th December and ALL are invited. The usual venue Calthorpe Arms, Grays Inn Road, way down from Chancery Lane tube station or get there from Russell Square or Kings Cross. The actual address is 252 Grays Inn etc.
We have the upstairs room from noon until 4pm. There will be a free buffet at about 1pm. Pay bar.
This year we will pay tribute to Peter Woon and reminisce about this Titan in both radio and TV, whose passing was virtually ignored by the present management.
