Sadly Len Shorey, Sound Supervisor of great renown and also a real gent passed away on Wednesday after a long illness.

Len's funeral will be held at 14:00 on Thursday 11 September at Hendon Crematorium, Holders Hill Rd, London NW7 1NB Telephone: 020 8359 3370.

Such very sad news regarding Len. He was my mentor as a very green Sound Sup. on my course in 1979 & taught me so much - IN MONO! - but then he came and spent time with me for instruction in stereo with the MRO in Pebble Mill. His passing will cause much sorrow, but the memories of the legend that was Len will be everlasting. Hence the wry smile.  Wink
