75th anniversary - first BBC TV science-fiction Tx

This is always a good site with loads of good things to do and see.
The links in this passage are good as well - espacially the one to "Broadcast"
Is this one of the first uses of the word "Sanner" in a different contect from an OB van?

Note the terribly long broadcasting hours in teh RT picture!

The author's knowledge is seriously lacking, there was no 'recording' at AP in the early days, the Actors, crew and studio staff just re-assembled and did the whole thing again live....sometimes the same day sometimes a few days later. Otherwise an interesting item

The comment from "Kitt" at the bottom does explain the possible "second performance" that would have been needed.
