The BBC Radio Newsroom is moving back to Broadcasting House in December after the wilderness years in Shepherds Bush. This seems like a good excuse for a celebration, so we are organising a Back To BH party on Tuesday 11th December at The Old Explorer Pub, 23 Great Castle Street (just off Oxford Circus).

Anyone who’s ever worked in the Radio Newsroom is welcome to come along. I don’t have contact details for everyone, so please spread the word. Can those that are interested drop me a line at gail.ashton (insert the @ symbol here) bbc.co.uk so I have an idea of numbers. Unfortunately, the BBC budget these days doesn’t stretch to a free bar, but we hope you can join us to help celebrate the newsroom’s return home.
