High Court Judge Mr Justice Warren asked for further discussion over BBC pension changes in a judgement published today.

John Bradbury, a clarinettist in the BBC's philharmonic orchestra, had appealed to the high court after the pension ombudsman dismissed his complaint about the changes to the pension scheme. He had the backing of the Musicians' Union and the NUJ.
