I am a former BBC radio producer, now an academic, currently writing a history of Radio Four for Oxford University Press.
I would be most interested in hearing from any former BBC staff connected to Radio Four since 1967, or even with the last years of the Home Service.

Hi David,
As you posted this in July last year, this may be completely irrelevant by now! Sorry, I don't visit this website very often.
Anyway, if you're interested - I worked for Radio 4 (on the Today Programme) for about l5 years...from the end of l982 until March 1998.
I researched and collected all the audio material used in the BBC Radio Collection's double casette celebrating 40 years of Today. Ditto the Radio collection's tribute to Brian Redhead.
But I expect you're knee-deep in ex-R4/Today producers! However, if I can be of help..do contact me.
