The BBC Pensioners' Association have been follwoing this saga for many years.   Look at the website: bbcpa.org.uk and contact the Chairman or Tony Stanley

Only just joined site.   I'm taking the money and running on 31st March, 2004   Wink

Can't see the rest of this thread, but have spoken to John on the phone.

My Pension is reduced by a small amount as I joined the scheme on the 5%/7.5% split rate.

So it is now (at least?) taken into account.
