I'm incandescent! In a news story today;

In a TV interview, the prime minister said he was a "big supporter of the Welsh language and Welsh culture" and funding for S4C was rising.

Where's it coming from?

How dare they! No mention of the Licence Fee being increased. Instead, this government seems determined to find ways to kill off the beeb.
