According to this BBC page the satellite feeds in SD will be switched off by early 2024.

ITV 2HD, 3HD & 4HD all went Free-To-Air on satellite a couple of weeks ago (previously only available in SD without a Sky sub).
However, the HD versions won't be appearing on Terrestrial TV due to lack of available bandwidth
Strangely there was virtually no publicity about it.
