BBC Three has been given the green light to re-launch as a TV channel.

Will this be at the expense of any other channel on the Multiplex?
Will it be HD?
Will it be a "full" service? Or will it be (like BBC Four) part-time?

Isn't this at the expense of one of the children's channels which will have its hours reduced?
