At last, notice is being taken of the cack-handed way in which the BBC (AKA Capita) has handled the roll out of the policy adopted after namby government withdrew funding for free licences for 75+. With luck and a following wind the current petition might force a parliamentary debate, if not a review within commitee, followed by a reversal. Please sign and support.
I should state that I don't mind paying so long as it's within my monthly budget, but the implementation has been , and still is, a farce.CONTACT YOUR MP!!!! >:(
