Proposed changes to the BBC iPlayer must go to a Public Interest Test, according to Ofcom. or OFCOM not listening to the government.

You really couldn't make it up!

At a time when the government wants the PBS companies in the UK to get together to produce competition to the likes of Netflix, OFCOM complains about the BBC's attempt to!
