May Ross - TV Bookings to countless production staff and technicians in BBC Scotland at Queen Margaret Drive in the late 70’s and 80’s – has died of pneumonia in Hairmyres Hospital in East Kilbride. She was 95 and a half.

May was mother to Tom, producer of “Current Account” and “Public Account,” and to Graeme, and mother-in-law to Pam, the vision mixer and TV Continuity Announcer.

Friends and former colleagues are invited to attend a brief commemoration at Linn Crematorium, Lainshaw Dr, Glasgow G45 9SP at noon on Wednesday 13 September and afterwards at The Eglinton Arms, 59 Gilmour Street, Eaglesham G76 0LG.

No flowers please.
