From Bectu website-BBC and BBC StudioWorks-1% with an underpin of £400 to salary and London Weighting and the same percentage applied to the floors and ceilings of the grades and fully effective salaries-July 2017.

And the freelancers get....? ;)

Does that include BBC Studios? (i.e. the Production arm).
