"Reshaping BBC Studios for a new era" is the headline from The BBC Media Centre, here.

"BBC Studios marks new era with 300 job cuts" is the lead on the BECTU web-site, here.

"BBC Studios to cut 300 staff as hit shows move to private sector" says "The Guardian", here.

"Subject to regulatory approval, BBC Studios will launch as a wholly-owned subsidiary in 2017 and will be able to compete for work with other UK and international broadcasters, as well as the BBC."

For this reason, BBC Studios will not be forced to disclose the pay of (some) BBC Stars, according to "The Guardian".
