We have been approached by a researcher from the University Of Kent.

"I am a postdoctoral researcher from the University of Kent trying to contact former BBC staff who knew Roy Williams or Chris Crouch. My research is about the rise of the merchandising department at the BBC, any help would be really appreciated."

The period concerned is between 1950 and 1970.

If you can help, please 'PM' Admin, and we shall pass the information and / or contact details on to Dr. Jose Bellido.

Sadly, Roy Williams died in 2012. However, I have passed on a link to this website to Chris Crouch's last known e-mail address (he now lives in the USA)
