Pension Scheme of the Year Awards 2009 – Final Shortlists

Here it is - the complete shortlist for ninth annual Pension Scheme of the Year Awards.

These submissions will now undergo further rigorous appraisal by the panel judges.
The awards will be presented at a gala dinner at London's Grange St. Paul's Hotel on September 17.

The BBC pension Fund would seem to be in the shortlist for two prizes:-

Best benefit statement - public
Leicestershire County Council
NILGOSC - Northern Ireland Local
Government Superannuation Committee
West Yorkshire Pension Fund
Dyfed Pension Fund
Cheshire Pension Fund
BBC Pension Scheme

and:-

Pensioner communication - public
Norfolk Pension Fund
West Yorkshire Pension Fund
Greater Manchester Pension Fund
Nottingham County Council Pension Scheme
BBC Pension Scheme
London Pensions Fund Authority

On the 17th September the BBC Pension Fund won the category:-

"Best pensioner communication - public"

The awards were presented at a gala dinner last night at London's Grange St. Paul's Hotel by journalist and broadcaster John Sergeant.
