Title: Re: Buildings - new and old Post by John Noakes on Feb 14th, 2007, 9:51am Pamela, I am sorry that I can't provide any photos of Dickenson Road Studios but I would like to say that I learnt a lot from your father when I was posted to Manchester for two years on joining the BBC. I hope you make progress with your Dad's life story, family history can be very rewarding if not a little frustrating at times. Regards, John Noakes |

Title: Re: Buildings - new and old Post by John Noakes on Feb 14th, 2007, 10:36pm Pamela, I have found one photo of Dickenson Road but it is not of the outside of the building. See this web site http://www.bakerlite.co.uk/beeb.htm The Manchester Evening News has many references to the Dickenson Road Studio and so I wonder if they might have photos. John |
