The special Panorama on the Kelly affair has not been made available as a video feed on the Web, for reasons not given. But a transcript of the programme, presented by John ware, is available here.
The Guardian described the BBC's decision to make and show the programme as a "Panoramic display of fearless self-loathing". Click here to read the Guardian story.
