The Annual Report for 2001/2002 gives the following details of pension benefits to the Chairman
and members of the Executive Committee:

The BBC provided pension benefits to Governors and
Executive Committee members during the period as follows:

a = increase in accrued pension per annum
b = total accrued pension at 31/03/02, per annum
c,d = transfer value of increase
e = individual's contributions
f = BBC contributions to money purchase scheme

Sir Christopher Bland's figures for the year were as follows:
a= 1, b = 7, c,d = 12, e = 2, f = 0
Gavyn Davies has waived his entitlement to pension benefits
from the BBC.
