A reunion to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the regional news programme ‘Look East‘ is being held on Saturday September 28th 2024 at the Sprowston Manor Hotel and Country Club, Norwich.

It will be in the Norfolk Suite between 14.30 and 19,00 and there will be a glass of Prosecco or a soft drink on arrival plus a light finger buffet at 15:30 with tea and coffee. The cost is £20.

The hotel has its own golf course and accommodation is available for reunion attendees at the special rate of £99 including breakfast.

Currently ninety-five people have already booked up to attend the 'Look East' reunion.

There are still a few places left, so don't delay if you want to join us.

This reunion was a huge success with 120 guests attending who had worked at BBC East.

It was all down to the six months of hard work that Maria Todd, Andrew Holland, Linda Carr, Terry Wooller and Chris Carter had put into organising the event.
