BBC Global News has announced a new weekly programme, "VICE News" on BBC World News broadcasting to over 340 million households around the world.

Starting this Saturday, VICE News will air every weekend on the channel, as well as on .... other digital channels. :-[ :-[

“I am delighted that we are to bring VICE News to our global audiences on BBC World News,” said Jim Egan, CEO of BBC Global News. ::)

The first episode of VICE News launches on Saturday 28th April and will be shown at 12.30am and 4.30pm GMT, and repeated on Sunday 29th April at 5.30am and 6.30pm GMT.

Now I know that we're apparently short of Police here in the UK, but isn't it rather taking the P*** ..... to be broadcasting to the criminal classes just to get an audience??? ;D ;D ;D
