Clive Ferguson has been in touch with a member of the forum to inform us that his wife, Sheila, has died.

Sheila had worked on "Horizon" and "Panorama", and had been based at the BBC Washington Bureau. She had also been involved with coverage of countless Royal trips.

The family plan to have a private committal.
