Ericsson’s proposed acquisition of Red Bee Media has been given the go-ahead by the Competition Commission.

"The majority decision clears the way for Ericsson to complete its takeover of the media services company, which provides playout, subtitling, channel branding and promos for the likes of the BBC, Channel 4 and UKTV........
