Apparantly BBC have agreed to stay with ATOS (when they aren't doing benefits claims?) for tech support. What about bringing back P&ID or similar inhouse people?

Reading through the subsequent "Comments" on the article, it does appear that many ex-BBC/BBC Technology staff are readers of The Register!!
And none would appear to view this type of "deal" with any great enthusiasm.
It seems they never learn - remember the LST deal that went sour and the Beeb had to buy their way out of that debacle?
I'm just grateful that I'm out of it now, and getting my pension!
