BARB (Broadcasters Audience Research Board) which provides viewing figures for UK television audiences, has started to include 'time-shifted' viewers in their figures.

BARB is now reporting timeshift data that reveal how TV viewing builds in the four weeks following broadcast.

BARB's principal funders are BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5, IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising), ITV and Sky,

Interesting. No surprise that folk are not that interested in time-shifting news broadcasts!

I wonder if there area any plans for Radio time shifting figures?-My guess is that a high % of R4 output is time-shifted as are specialist concerts and DJ output from R2 and R6?.
