Listening to the Today prog via the internet yesterday in Spain, a recorded interview with someone from the Arab League was interrupted halfway through by a very insistent Big Brother voice telling me "because of rights restrictions, this part of the prgramme cannot be heard". I thnk that the interview came from Hard Talk. Anyone explain why broadcasting rights should become an issue here?
