Readers of October's Prospero may have noticed the story of the BBC Staff offer for the London 2012 Olympics DVD set. Well, the good news is that BBC Pensioners can also benefit from this. (£15 for the Blu Ray version) And P & P is currently free.

Yes, but it's worth it for the re-edited opening ceremony with a choice of three soundtracks:-

1. The BBC's.
2. "Danny Boyle and writer Frank Cottrell Boyce where they reveal for the first time, in detail, how they orchestrated this spectacular event, providing a unique insight into the journey through British history."
3. Stadium only.
