According to "Televisual" here,

"BBC Studios and Post Production is to move to Elstree Studios from spring next year, to provide temporary studio space for shows such as Strictly Come Dancing and Children In Need during the time Television Centre is being redeveloped.

The location of Elstree Studios is a stones throw from BBC Studios and Post Productions’ existing Elstree-based studios, where EastEnders, ITV’s Odd One In and Sky’s A League of Their Own is housed."

Why move back toTVC afterwards, seems a dreadful waste of money and Elstree is a very respected area not too far from London.
